    3. The person concerned has the right to obtain:

      1. the updating, correction or, when required, the supplementing of the data;

      2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or the blockage of the data treated in violation of the law, including those in which retention is not necessary with regard to the aims for which the data is gathered or subsequently treated;

      3. confirmation that the operations under letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, including as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfilment proves impossible or leads to the use of means clearly disproportionate compared to the protected right.

    4. The person concerned has the right to object, entirely or in part:

      1. for legitimate reasons, to the treatment of personal data that concerns them, even though pertinent to the purpose for which it is gathered;

      2. to the treatment of personal data that concerns them for the purpose of sending advertising material or direct sales or to carry out market research or for commercial communication.
